"If god does exsist, where is he?"
I've always wondered about this too. I know that when I have children someday, I'm going to want to have as much involvement in their lives as possible. So if we are the offspring of some higher being, where is he? It doesn't seem right that we would be left all alone like we have been.

Oh yeah, it's totally unfair. The only time they show it live is when the grand prix is in Australia.
Looks like I'll be flicking back and forth between the F1 and the Cricket (Aussies vs Poms) tonight. =D -

Oooooh! You guys are lucky!
Here in Australia we don't get to see the race until around 11pm Sydney time, which is still about 6 hrs away and well after the live race has been finished by quite some time...
I'll have to avoid this thread otherwise it'll ruin the race for me when i watch it later tonight. But thanks for the first lap teaser crumpett!
Cheers

I guess I'm an open minded atheist. I don't believe in a single omnipotent morally-incorruptable being, but I don't discount the possibility that we owe our existence to some greater/higher being or beings?

From the way you describe them they sound quite unforgettable.
So I'm sure I've never crossed tracks with any of them.

If Al Gore was elected in 2000, would 9/11 happened?
by free2beme ini was thinking about this today, as al gore did win the popular vote and lost because of how the electoral college works.
so people like to blame 9/11 on bush, and fahrenheit 9/11 really tried to make it look like bush.
i remember when the movie, "the road to 9/11" came out, clinton was having a fit that it showed the problems with 9/11 started while he was in office.

I think 9/11 probably wouldn't not have happened. Bush undid a lot of the good work Clinton had done in the middle east.

Interesting graph!
What this is saying is that since 1996 The Watchtower's "relative growth" has been negative...
So what was so special about 1996? Was that because of the change in the generation doctrine??? I didn't realise it had that much of an effect on the average JW's psyke.
